The International Teenagers Leadership Conference (ITLC) is the flagship annual event of Leadership and Integrity Club International (LICI), a youth-focused organization committed to mentoring teenagers in leadership, character, personal growth, and impactful living.
Through year-round engagement across secondary schools, LICI nurtures young minds to become confident, purpose-driven, and values-based leaders. From classroom workshops to community impact projects, our focus is simple but powerful: raise a generation of teens who lead with integrity, courage, and clarity.
